Renewed and Canceled TV Shows

11/7: ABC has extended comedies The Kids Are Alright and Splitting Up Together for a full season. I can't recall if I've seen The Kids Are Alright, but I watched a couple of episodes of Splitting Up Together last year (none this year). It had its moments, but it was pretty anemic, overall.

11/6: The Alec Baldwin Show (ABC) has been banished to Saturday nights, effective Dec. 8 after a month-long hiatus. (Do not expect the show to return for a 2nd season.) Haven't seen The Alec Baldwin Show & really have no interest in doing so. I'm not a fan of his half-whispered delivery; but I really liked his Donald Trump impressions on Saturday Night Live.

11/6: The Purge (USA) renewed for a 2nd season. Don't pick up this channel.

11/6: Reverie (NBC) canceled after 1 season. Don't pick up this channel.

11/6: Good Behavior (TNT) canceled after 2 seasons. Don't pick up this channel.

At least the lead is hot and it is part of a fun multiverse.

And I rate it as more “you go girl” than “man hating”. Charmed is HARD CORE “man hating”.

I think it's ok.

But it would depend what you'd be giving up to watch it.

there really is so much stuff nowadays. i finally quit on Supernatural this year. It was a long time coming, but they finally broke me from thinking I was pot committed to knowing I was playing a losing hand.

for whatever reason, i think the only new show on basic cable i'm watching is god friended me. guess i just need some saccharine to even out the past week
