find it then or else put it to rest
plus you say give him the ltd but you don't even know what that LTD is.

but you wasted the resources you could have had . but instead you will move the goal posts yet againFine at least you have no doubt in your mind that he is your man.
Only if you expect him to fail. If you really think he will succeed, its dumb as fuck NOT to sign him long term now, as his price will only go up if he puts up the kind of year it would take to make you happy. And realistically, if he does that, why would he sign long term when he has a shot to again play on the tag, and enter the FA market as one of the better QBs in the league at the age of 30. The only way its logical is if you expect him to fail, or if you are hoping he will fail in the case of some around here.
are you being foolish again ?plus you say give him the ltd but you don't even know what that LTD is.
but you wasted the resources you could have had . but instead you will move the goal posts yet again
there should be no doubt that a top 85 and a top 70 player in the league is your guy
are you being foolish again ?
If he succeeds you have three ways to get him back here. LTD, Franchise tag, or transition tag. If he fails you have no way of getting out of a huge sum of gmoney. Simple as that
and that has a bearing on what ? what kind of numbers do you think are being in play here ?no. im saying exactly what you said to me. Can't comment on contract numbers when we don't know them.
Again sir, your logic is lacking. If the Colts cut luck right now, their 2018 cap space goes UP by $5M. But this isnt about the money and we all know it Dean. And Kirk would have to utterly fail to the tune of worst QB in the league in order to be cut. So is that what you are actually expecting??
and that has a bearing on what ? what kind of numbers do you think are being in play here ?
There were doubts from what happened in Dec of 2016. If you are going to commit big gmoney to a QB you want him in the top 50.
again so what ? what do you think he is asking for ?That is the question we don't know what KC actually wants b/c there was no counter to the Redskins offer.
So lets see, two years ago it was... he isnt even a top 100 player.
Last year, he was only 85th on the list
Now... he neds to be in the top 50
Next year it will be... but he didnt win us a super Bowl, or he cant carry the team.
Of course not. If KC signs a LTD there will be no out clause in the first three years. Count on that. There will be a risk if he signs a LTD.
again so what ? what do you think he is asking for ?
You are missing the point again. Like I said before in post #763. Its safer if he doesn't sign a LTD this year.
BULLSHIT...
Again the Colts could cut luck right now and SAVE $5M against the cap next year. The money is already accounted for either way. UNless a player has to be cut in the year he SIGNED the contract, there is always an out clause. There is always a way to make the cut work for the team.
Again only if you hope he fails. If you expect him to succeed, then its just wasting cap space to the tune of $5M.
No one has any idea b/c he never countered. what do you mean so what? If he wanted to be here he would of countered.
just because there isnt a "public " counter offer " doesnt mean anythingNo one has any idea b/c he never countered. what do you mean so what? If he wanted to be here he would of countered.
