Why do we keep pitching Hoover so much. On another note, why is he on the roster and not Arrendondo?

Hoover's obviously been overworked, because Marshall has a "fatigued shoulder"....Nick Masset had one of those last year and it ended in surgery. Hoover had an ERA under two last year, he can pitch.
