tonight's game is on ESPN. Hoping to be able to watch games 2-4 on mlb.tv using ipvanish. This'll be my first year trying.

Pitching probables:

3/28: Gonzalez vs. Sale
3/29: Kikuchi vs. Eovaldi
3/30: Leake vs. Rodriguez
3/31: LeBlanc vs. Porcello

Well you gotta start off the season with series threads... everyone is in 1st place day 1

It's usually 1/3 or 1/2 through the season that it's basically worthwhile (at least for the Ms) to just roll it into a "fuck this team" thread, lol.

God I cannot fucking stand the "T-Mobile Park" bullshit. It looks fucking awful and it's just too different for me. I had no issue with the change from Qwest to CenturyLink because the stadium still looked the same. This forced pink shit is going to take some getting used to.

That irritated me and came off as condescending.

You can probably argue that A-Rod is the most hated former player in Seattle sports history. Off the top of my head I can't really think of anyone who comes close.

I don't like A-Rod on ESPN....I don't like A-Rod when he's on the Shark Tank....and I don't like A-Rod...……..PERIOD!! With ESPN, we're gonna hear all about Boston. Wish ESPN would have kept their mouths shut so we could have watched the pre-game. What a disappointment.

Now we get to listen about how great Sales is. He awesome, but ESPN is definitely not the announcers for a Seattle Mariners team.

Wow, I turned on the radio to listen to Riz instead of ESPN and the delay on the TV with Dish is too long to enjoy watching and listening the Rick. I think it's like a 10-15+ seconds. Amazing how long the delay is.

Yeah we also didn't get to see the opening day ceremonies or anything because the previous game went a bit longer than expected. Mike McCready was performing for the national anthem, would've been cool to see that.

Yeah I've tried to coordinate my TV with radio and it's a pain in the ass. Even with NFL games. If you record it, you can match the two up. Although that's a lot of work just to avoid listening to ESPN lol.

Yeah, it is kinda ironic... Also, I have nothing against women broadcasting a male's game but this woman in the booth is annoying... I don't like how this industry forces this agenda... I'm all for equal rights but this lady isn't very good... I grew up with only sisters (3) and have all daughters (3)… It's just getting annoying having this crammed down our throat among other things...

Finally have a chance to sit and watch some M's. Obviously missed the games in Japan and really didn't see much of spring ball. Couple of faces I don't recognize. Solid game so far.
