Reamining schedule heavily in mariners favor

Only six remaining road games against teams over .500. Only three remaining road games against a team with a better record than ours:

6 @ Oakland
7 @ LAA
4 @ CWS
3 @ Minn
3 @ Hous
3 @ Tex

The home schedule is a little tougher but I is still fairly easy:
3 vs Milwaukee
3 vs Yankees
3 vs LAA
4 vs Tex
3 vs Hous
3 vs Toronto
4 vs Oakland (last four games of the season)

Let me break a rule here and count our chickens before the eggs hatch. I think it is reasonable to assume they can go 28-21 the rest of the way. That would give them 88 wins. Is that enough for a wildcard spot? I don't know.

A lot of games left against the A's and Angels beating them will be huge, losing to them probably means our demise.

88 wins gets you in or it gets you close enough to be in the hunt until the last few days. It should help that the 2 teams currently holding a playoff spot are in the same division. Toronto, Baltimore and Boston are going to beat each other. Things look good right now its getting fun especially if they keep winning.

Dipoto gets some brownie points for completely rebuilding the bullpen in season.

Yes but that 4th and 5th spot in the rotation could be the fatal blow, I know they want too get Walker's head right, but they should've done that earlier in the season.

Trout has been cold as ice, and he loves hitting off of Felix.

He has struggled mightily against Paxton and Kuma.
