Is it just a commitment to each other to stick together (since they have formed quite the rivalry) or is there something more to it? Or is THIS being dictated by other conferences and/or teams? ... Just curious if you can share or just PM me.

If you know what I was referring to before, one of those entities wants the two Techs as past of a deal because the Orange Bowl is dead in the water and there is another bowl in Atlanta which provides a LOT of fans and a perennial sellout. Atlanta and Washington DC are targets.
