Real meanings of songs.

There are songs we interpret as saying one thing when they actually say something else. Use this thread for those songs.

Two examples:

1) Run to You by Bryan Adams is a song about a man having an affair.

She says her love for me could never die
But that'd change if she ever found out about you and I


2) Every Breath You Take by Sting is a song about a stalker.

He says, "I'll be watching you" about ten times in the song.

He mourns the fact that she's gone, and is stalking her every move, every breath, every step.

I read an article a few months back that said Little Richard's "Tutti Frutti" was originally about butt sex but was obviously rewritten. It originally said (if I remember correctly) "Tutti Frutti, good booty. If it don't fit, don't force it. You can grease it, make it easy"

Actually it was about his ex- stalking him, so your sexes need to be reversed in your comment. But the concept was spot on.
