I don't have a line. Just watch game cut ups and decide who you like don't put so much stock into combine numbers it doesn't matter if they're 3 cm to short or run the 40 3 one hundredths of a second slower than expected.

A lot of time I'm looking at combine numbers to validate what I've seen. If a RB runs a 4.6, it just means he has to be a crafty runner. You can get that from film. If he has athletic traits like good shuttles and especially jumps, he has the tools to be competent, but he's not going to take it to the house without a runway.
If a 4.5+ RB has horrible jumps (<32" vertical specifically) he is not a guy I want. Leg drive (long jump) and springy athleticism (vert) are necessary if you are a slower runner.
Also - the 10 yard split can be deceiving too. Some guys get out slow or the first move is not their legs, which slows that number.

meh, thats been proven to matter.

Theres always exceptions and guys will rattle off 4-5 guys that made it with "those" numbers, but neglect to talk about the 50 similar that didnt

Proven I listed 10 recent guys and i can come up with more that have had at least some success running 4.6 or slower. I can show you a list of 4.4 guys that didn't have success too

its a thought, for 1 year.......but for some reason, i think they are content with ROJO, and really want a pass catching specialist.........ala james white.......its what tommy is used to
