Typical media bullshit. FORMER Patriots player, not a Patriots player. Let's see if we can get some mileage out of a horrible accident and figure some way to peg responsibility on the Patriots. Can anyone just report the facts?
Interesting. You bash the media for something a gossip site like TMZ says and all I can think of is what dirt bag did that and damn, they were onto something there was a Patriot or ex-Patriot involved (assuming you are even correct). It's not like their sources had pictures and his Football card. I'd say that was a huge hit on their part...I know, I know, everyone is out to get the Pats...

It never is, so why not now? These guys should look back at the history of some former NFL players and see just what can happen:

Jerome Brown; the potential to be on of the greatest DT in the league with Reggie playing next to him

Derrick Thomas; one of the best players in the league at the time of his crash

Jerry Brown; the kid from the Cowboys

Thomas Howard: Atlanta Falcons

The list goes on and on....
I'm not sure exactly what you are saying. Did you read his quote? Are you saying you agree and are thinking what he said is what is important right now? Because what you said and what he said are different and it seems as if you are trying to make an assumption as if I would say they are the same

It's up to you to think that, I just want to know what exactly you are saying

Teams need to start putting dumbass clauses in players contracts, if you're going to do anything stupid you're doing it at your own risk and teams don't have to pay you if you get hurt.
I do believe many contracts do forbid high risk activities.

Since you are only trolling, I'll just ignore you......

Uh I'm not trolling. If I'm stupid enough to put my NFL career at risk because I can't let go a stupid teenage hobby then it's my own fault. Most people would love to be a professional athlete and yet this guy was actually given the talent and he wasted it. You do dangerous and reckless things you're gonna pay the price. I have no sympathy for stupid people.

I feel bad for the driver of the SUV because they actually did nothing wrong. I also feel bad for his parents because they lost a son. As for him I do not feel sorry for.

True, but.........the kid was 23 years old and getting paid to play professional ball. How many 23 year old kids do you know that would contemplate history in that way if they were in his position?

How's things going over on the Broncos board?????
Your reputation precedes you......

Hey look everyone, this guy went with the classic "I can't think of an actual response so I'll just post something about you personally" routine, bravo sir, bravo.

Sad. Young kids think they're invincible and do stupid things...most of us get lucky and live through them and others don't

Condolences to his family and friends.

RIP young man.

If you recall I said I wasn't saying I wanted him to die but now that he has I'm not gonna shed a tear. In the end him deciding that he was too cool to wear a helmet or that he was too invincible because he was an NFL player so he didn't need to have to his headlights on or whatever his reason was cost him his life and I can't say I'm surprised, you do dumbass things bad things are gonna happen that's life. I'd feel the same way if he jumped out of an airplane with no parachute or decided to run with the bulls. More bad things happen to stupid people than to good people that's just a fact.
