This draft is pretty damn loaded with some real good receivers. Not counting Sammy Watkins and Mike Evans(I dont think we got a shot at landing either of them), who are your top 5 receivers?

Mine are:

1. Jordan Mathews - he gets a bonus point too for being Rice's cousin.

2. Donte Moncrief

XpOHRPmhErw

3. Brandin Cooks - Hell of a combine performance.

3. Odell Beckham

5)Jarvis Landry -He's falling. His combine performance really concerns me. I'm not exactly sure about this spot right here. Kelvin Benjamin could take this spot.

Matthews, Cooks, Moncrief, Benjamin, Beckham, Bryant, Janis

Obviously, Watkins and Evans are at the top but no reachable.

I want to see Matthews' 10 yard time before I give my final opinion of him, but my instincts say he's better than Watkins.

It's a toss-up for me. But anyone that's enamored with Brandin Cooks should understand that Harbaugh/Roman/Kaep will not be able to utilize him properly. He is an elite prospect, but he's not going to succeed in the Niners' current offense.

A-Rob - Keenan Allen/Michael Crabtree category. He's going to be a fridge true #1 WR

Martavis Bryant - I feel like he's a poor man's Justin Hunter and I have a high opinion on Hunter

Paul Richardson - Best route runner in the draft. His hands might be one of the worst but found him to be a guy that's always open. He was targeted very often and should have been targeted more surprisingly

Jordan Matthews - Zero separation despite having the tangibles, but tremendous at adjusting to the ball. He's got a high floor, but question marks about where his ceiling is

Marqise Lee - Just dropped him below matthews today. Kendall Wright-esque

Ha Evans 5th? I hope thats because you dont think we can land him, b/c Evans has an NFL body and speed already to be a big time playmaker like A.Jeffrey with the Bears. Watkins and Evans are hands down the best 2 in the draft then there is about 5 others on the 2nd tier

I really, really like Benjamin from FSU, big, strong and can play, we could get him in rnd2-3

Benjamin will probably be gone by early 2nd round. Watkins is a beast, but no chance of getting him. Rams may consider him with the 2nd pick. Evans' performance at the combine solidified his chances of being in the top 10. Cooks and Matthews are more realistic options or a db.

Perfect team thread for a post from me.

Homer play for stretching out the D's playing the Niners has to be Cooks. Put him in there with your other WR and Kap would thrive.

Forget about Cook's size, who needs it when he's blowing by CBs in the NFL. In my OP tall lanky WRs have their place in this league, but so do small guys with everything...hands, speed and a 3* pedigree "honed" for ya @ State under M Riley in just 2 years.

He would be perfect @ SF.
