Our at-bats are embarrassing. It takes them less than 5 minutes to record 3 outs on us. I'm sick to death of our hitters not named Hamilton or Beltre watching 1 or 2 perfect strikes go by, falling behind 0-2, then lunging at some garbage in the dirt and either striking out or weakly grounding out. A lot of very poor approaches right now.

Can anyone remember the last time Michael Young hit a ball hard? Maybe if he would scoot up to the plate he wouldn't have to lunge and slap at pitches on the outside corner. Too many front foot lunging ground balls weakly topped to count.
