Gotta like DDJ, man. Guy winds up in an 0-2 count for the first time it seems and still has a pretty decent plate appearance seeing 6 pitches and almost smacks a double.

A lot of AL East talk going on here. Have not seen the beginning of the broadcast but not sure if they mentioned all the injuries to pitching the Rangers currently have.

Defensive alignments have certainly changed in baseball over the years

They need to tweak that a bit. Short stop should play on his side of the bag, or no farther over than straight up the middle.

They've talked about the hits our pitching has taken. Also had an absolute love fest over Beltre and Fielder.

I think you will see them make some changes

30 years ago, I don't remember a 2B playing 30 ft off the dirt

Nice Dp

If that ball is fair and w the slightest bobble, kid is at 3rd standing up. Love his hustle

Has worked for Giants and Cardinals. Got to have that stuff. Successful for Spurs as well.

Good ball game so far. I think the announcers are right. Martin deserves to be the odd man out. The only thing I'd miss from him is his arm.

I don't care how far back the infielder plays. I just don't like seeing the ss playing second base, and the second baseman playing rover.

I'd say everyone is in agreement on this. I hope Banny is on that list as well.

They were talking about the Rays and their injuries, guess someone thought their mindset would change with Maddon gone

That was a good battle between Prince and Capuano.

Maddon is a fantastic manager, but their FO has a ton to do with their success too.
