I love what our starting pitching has done for the first 8 weeks of the season. I am not sure they can keep it up for 6 months, though. We have to be able to score more than 2 or 3 runs per game to win very many games.

Like it or not, we have a poorly assembled team.

I’d bring up Crim again as the DH for the rest of the month and put Pedersen on the IL for mental exhaustion. I’m mentally exhausted just seeing him get into the batter’s box.

Outside of trading Walcott, Osuna, Rocker or Leiter, I am not sure we have anyone to trade that could bring back good bullpen pieces. I would rather not trade any of those guys.
