Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but are you saying demote Dunning to AA to toughen up mentally?
He needs a less front line situation to get straight mentally but you’re right let’s throw him out against the Mets and hope. I’m talking about a week 10 days and then back up for his normal start at home. Think of it as a short vacation

Hard to believe isn't it?
It’s called a short vacation. I know I’m thinking too hard. We should just leave everything status quo and hope they shake whatever has swamped the team. They’ll come out of it eventually. Hell they’ve got 30 games

There’s a major difference between saying you think they’re toast and others saying they’re the worst team in baseball with no chance at all.

Furthermore, it amuses me greatly that some people who claim to be Rangers fans can have such a problem with someone else who says that baseball is weird (true), we’re still in first place (true), there are still over 30 games remaining (true), and it remains to be seen one way or another how it will all shake out.
It’s also true they have lost 8 in a row. It’s also true they are not far from being completely out of the playoffs. It’s also true that most of their bullpen is trash right now. It’s also true, it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. You act like they have a 10 game lead and this slump is not an issue.

Always thought that if a fan does not go over the invisible line into the field area then it was fair play. Thus a home field advantage

They’re saying that Ohtani will definitely have to have another TJS which means he won’t pitch next season maybe never again. The projected contract doesn’t get impacted much even with that now at 10 years $500M. Would you want the Rangers involved

I would have to think about that. I mean it's 50 million a year for a DH.

No. Not without a base for him hitting and heavily incentivised for pitching.

50 m a year for a DH? You've got to be kidding me. That would be the most ridiculous contract in sports. Which means some team will do it.

Think most teams aren’t convinced that it will be just for a DH.
Of course if we signed him that would be 2 pitchers in 2025 coming back from a second TJS
