Loved the win yesterday, but was taken-aback by Banister's late "warm-up" in the pen.

And why wasn't someone up earlier today?

Don't have to be smoking ready, but loosening up seems like a good route doesn't it?

Well maybe.....But if the team doesn't trust him enough but to let him throw every 7 days then he shouldn't be here.

Not speaking about today specifically. Just saying he has been a let down and it's his own fault his manager doesn't trust him.

I'm not taking today "specifically" either.

But Banister makes a point, and I think a good one, to rotate his everyday players in/out of the line-up to keep them fresh.

But he doesn't do the same in the pen.....I agree with ya about if Tolley/Willie/Barnette/etc pitched better.....But IMO you've got to keep then fresh, if for no other reason than "don't wear out the big dogs" we have.
