And Buzz says....."It should be a dandy coming down to the line." :noidea:

Nothing like starting the broadcast off with a Buzzism.

Ya gotta try and laugh. Or else, he'll kill you.

Fraley had his chat session this afternoon. Here are some of the points I thought were interesting. He believes pitchers are catching up with DeShields and thinks Delino will have to adjust. He also thinks Brinson could push DeShields by next July. Gerry gives the rangers a 20% shot at making the postseason this year. He also likes the idea of making Rua a super-sub type player who can play both in the IF and the OF.

DDJ is still getting on base at a .355 clip so Fraley can stfu.

Why has bannister gone back to hitting Choo second?

Can't figure it out, Choo's gotten on base in 15 straight games, but its not like Odor is struggling, maybe he wants a little action in the bottom of the lineup and think Choo needs more protection than Odor?

It doesn't change the fact that he's looked pretty clueless in the last couple weeks

Nice to see him leadoff the game with a hit

Every hitter will ebb and flow through the season. Especially a rookie. I'm tickled to death with him.

Hard to argue with this really.

He seems like a pretty tough minded kind of guy to me. It'll be interesting to see how he responds for the rest of the season.

He may be our CF for the foreseeable future, or heaven forbid, he's a one season wonder.

Maybe Banister feels like Choo has earned another chance to hit higher up and wants to reward him for improving his play. :noidea:

As am I, I'm just stating he's looked really bad the last couple weeks at the plate, taking pitches right down the middle at times,

Question becomes, is this a sign of things to come and he's regressing to the mean or its just an temporary downturn?

Another shitty at bat from Beltre. He's not been good in those situations this year.

What is it with Gallardo where he just can't stand an easy inning? He'd thrown 13 pitches and had gotten 2 outs and 2 strikes on the hitter.

Now he's 21 pitches in with two guys on.

It is amazing how are idiot announcers who are supposed to know something about baseball can say that Gallardo is doing what he needed to do after 2 batters. Now they are sort of backtracking. Say that about the 5th inning if it is happening.

Every. Damn. Game.

He could have coasted with a 15-17 pitch inning, even with the hit. Instead, now he's got 27 stress-filled pitches after 3 whole outs.

Damn-it man!
