Good. They deserve to lose with the way they have played this game anyway. Shame on every single one of them. Thank god they've got tomorrow off because they all have some thinking to do about their stupidity.

I thought the Chicago series was gonna be shity and you know what? It definitely was. The Rangers were literally a whisker away from being swept by this bottom feeder club. The bad teams have been kicking our ass lately.

Shouldn't shock any of us.

But I gotta say, the fucking Dodgers did us no favors whatsoever with making our get away game a 10:10 start. It put us on our heels before the first pitch was thrown by Chicago.

A day off is needed, and perhaps semi-deserved.

At least the Mariners beat Houston a couple of times.

That shouldn't be allowed regardless of the team

3 of the last 4 losses are on the offense. Need to wake the hell up. Even against good pitching there's no excuse for not getting guys home like that.

No kidding.....I'm still pissed that baseball didn't step in on that one.

Oh....never mind.....this is the same upper mgmt system which thinks making the AS game, a game of importance.

Glad I left and missed all that the second time around, or I probably would have thrown something through the television

I would have squeezed when Hanser was up. If it failed there was still one more chance. Better than another dp. Is hind sight still 20-20?

Honestly thought of something similar.

But we went 0-7 with RISP.

And we need to more than seriously consider DFA Detwiler.

The bullpen needs help. Claudio, Detwiler, Edwards probably shouldn't be on a ML roster

I was thinking safety squeeze w Moreland up, since I didnt think he would get much to hit. The team has been terrible executing with runners on 3rd and less than 2 outs for several years

Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre has issues gripping bat

A swollen and sprained left thumb is still causing issues when Rangers third baseman Adrian Beltregrips a bat, reports The Dallas Morning News.

"It's progressing little by little," Beltre said Sunday. "I have to find a way to swing. I'm searching for a grip that doesn't hurt. I'm still searching. If it was uncomfortable, I'd be playing, but it's not uncomfortable, it's still painful."

Beltre has been out since May 31 and manager Jeff Banister said Beltre should be back before the All-Star break, which starts July 13.

"Knowing Adrian and watching him and the conversations we've had, I just don't think that's the case," Banister said. "He knows what his presence means in the lineup and he is determined to play the game."

Hope this doesnt wind up needing surgery
