Toronto scored 20 runs.
St. Louis scored 21 runs.
Boston scored (so far) 22 runs.

Texas, barring a comeback today, will be 2-7 in that stretch.

I don’t want go thru this again. Thought we were going to enjoy a team that was going to put a nice run of 4 or 5 years.

Team era is 21st in the league. No surprise there then we acquire Walter P for Lorenzen. A bad deal by CY. Lorenzen already pitched a decent game for KC

No one would have guessed that Garcia would become the worst everyday player in baseball. But he did. And he is.

In my opinion he still plays because of his salary and Bochys loyalty to veterans.

However, the Rangers now have nothing to lose this season. Getting an extended look at Harris and Crim is the right call.

I know I mentioned this before, but I wrote up the offseason thread narrative before I knew we would be in the postseason last year. When I wrote it, I suggested we could get more money to spend on the bullpen by trading Garcia.

I actually like that idea. Get a head start on formulating a plan for next year. We need to see what some of these guys can do up with the big boys
