I like the idea of benching him, but he needs to learn the OF. With so few bench players you need ones who play multiple positions.

I wish they can find an injury and IL him with a rehab stint

I can’t imagine that he is a candidate to be sent down. All the guy does is hit the crap out of the ball and get on base. Deshields doesn’t deserve it either because he’s been great since we demoted him and brought him back up.

I’d DFA Guzman at this point. It would also free up some playing time for forsythe and Santana who deserve it.

Why DFA Guzman? Just send him down.

They blew it big time by not sending him down for an extended stay a few weeks ago. A colossal mistake on their part.

The front office just keeps making mistakes where it concerns Odor.

If not for the contract extension, would Odor even be in the big leagues now? Would he be included in that post I gave earlier about ex-Rangers being released from a minor league team?

They really believe that they’re right all the time. It’s very disappointing.

Either that, or some jackass in the owners group is making us play him because of the money he’s owed.

The prince fielder trade continues to haunt us to this very day. When the trade was made, a big part of it was the intention of clearing a spot for Profar to play every day. Instead, we get a messed up prince fielder, Profar can’t capitalize because of injuries, and it has led to the rise of Odor who just flat out sucks.
