What about espn? Most of us already have an account there.

Last year was my first baseball fantasy involvement. I enjoyed playing and learned a lot as the season went on.

Either one works for me, but I already have a CBS team so that would be easier for me...but ESPN is free...soooooo

I have accounts with both ESPN and CBS, so I am good with either. I am used to both of their fantasy platforms as well. The only thing I will say is that the fantasy advice provided by CBS is quite poor, often even laughable (i.e. "Mike Trout is a player you want to draft and should be owned in all leagues"). I'm not sure how important that kind of thing is to each of you.

I'm good with CBS -- I use it for football

Looks like most are leaning towards CBS, anyone still wanting to cast your vote speak up now. We need to figure out who all is going to return from last year and if we have any open spots.

Doesn't look like Ford has given his preference as to which site and I know that Bennie mentioned somewhere in this thread he might want in if we had an opening.

Let's start finalizing some of this stuff. I want to stay in. Will it be daily line up or weekly? Cbs or espn? When will the draft be?

I will do some research and see if we can get a head 2 head league set up on CBS with daily changes.

I mean Daily is OK. But you can pad your stats everyday if you don't pay attention to fantasy everyday. I'm cool with either though.

In daily leagues, the stat padding mainly occurs within pitching, so we can set an innings cap per week. We can set it somewhat high so that we can all rotate in and out some pitchers but low enough so that nobody gets a crazy advantage from starting a bunch of pitchers every single day.

I want everyone to have a lot of roster flexibility, and those who pay the most attention should be rewarded to a certain degree. But I don't want the league to turn into a contest of who can add the most players per week.

Sounds good to me. I won't play if we just set lineups weekly.

That's when you set the limits to X amount of add/drops per week.

Then if you REALLY wanted to... you could lock the rosters for the playoffs. (no add/drops)
