The liver is directly connected to the panceas by a bile duct that is often the source of pancreatic cancer. My sister in law thought she had a gall bladder problem back in February and as you all know, she passed on in late July.

We're all pulling for you, Randy.

Randy Moss had surgery to remove a malignant tumor in the bile duct between the liver and pancreas. The surgery, known as The Whipple, took six hours. Every unnecessary organ and any suspicious 'thing' is removed as well as a large section of the intestines. Moss will be on a restricted diet for the remainder of his life. Whipple has a less than 50% survival rate. It's not the surgery, it's the chemo and radiation that one must go through after the surgery.

Moss issued a warning to everyone who follows him or is following him now. "Don't diagnose yourself and don't let anyone but a qualified doctor diagnose you. Don't listen when someone tells you not to worry. If you don't feel right, get yourself tested and checked out.
