I have no problem with the rankings at the top of the list, well until Tua anyway. You can't really play the position much better than the way Lamar Jackson is playing, and Allen and Burrow are right there with him. I love Joe Burrow and have a passion for the pocket passer. But the value of Lamar, and to a lesser extent Allen and Daniels, turning a sure sack into a conversion on 3rd and 4 can't be overstated.

I am not saying the team would forego having a HC. I am asking if a coach would turn down the Bears job for once they fail might hinder them getting another shot at Head coaching. Put a stain on their abilities. Why not wait for a different opportunity.
