I get that and I get the East Coast. But the Vikings are evaluated at less than half of that value in a new stadium.

I don't know what the Vikings would go for if the Wilfs decided to sell, but it just seems astronomical for a bad Washington franchise with a terrible stadium to get 6 billion. While a decent Vikings franchise with a great stadium would sell for 3, maybe 4.
I was going to respond with the same point already made by @DonMan. Location is a huge factor. A better house than mine in a worse location would have a lower value.

When evaluating the financial value of an NFL franchise, the quality of the product on the field is not very important.
What matters is how much money the team is going to make. Washington can charge a lot more for tickets, clubs/suites in particular.

In that shit hole? I would say the number of Club and Suites at US Bank Stadium dwarf those at FedEx. Even with the difference in size.

The Commanders need a new stadium. Will Maryland put up for it like Minnesota did? Or are these guys really going to go for broke and fix or build a new one themselves?

I don't get the worse location angle. It's one house built on a hill, next to a freeway. Vs. one built on a hill with the river and sound on either side.

My 2 million dollar house is good if your 1 million dollar house is going to collapse on itself. Which is why Snyder is brilliant, because he made no upgrades.

Saw a mock draft online that had former Falcons GM and Patriots scout Thomas Dimitroff. He picked Christian Gonzalez for the Falcons and Bijan Robinson for the Patriots. Its kinda interesting that a lot of mock drafts focus on needs but GMs definitely start with talent.

Who owns the respective stadiums?

The Commanders already have the rights to a new site in Woodbridge, Virginia.

At $2.743M Quez Watkins currently has the highest base salary on the Eagles roster.

Howie the magician
Roseman has been bold to the point of recklessness. It should work out well, but if the Eagles suffer a high level of injuries during the season they might not be able to fill their 53-man active roster without breaching the cap ceiling. No team has ever pushed the salary cap limits this hard.

2 teams are missing from the graphic as only 30 teams

- Lions: 3 Division crowns - 83, 91, 93
- Bengals: 11 Division crowns - 70, 73, 81, 88, 90, 05, 09, 13, 15, 21, 22

Surprised Jets only have 4... and only 2 since 1968/1969 when they won division crowns back to back.
