The expected growth is why they are so valuable. You don't know what you are talking about if you don't start with that. That's why they have to go international, they have to go pay per view, they had to get gambling money; to keep valuations going up at the pace with which that global class is stealing from the people across the global economy.

Cable is expensive and a lot of folks don't want to pay for it anymore and don't have cable any more. Cable is a dying industry and by no means is it free.
