You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.

Hopkins is gone and the bromance is with Brandin Cooks to soak up those missing 150 targets.
Will Fuller can't seem to stay off the injury report. In 4 seasons he has missed 34% of games.
Cobb's ECR is currently the WR73 and his ADP is an uninspiring 40 spots lower which means he's going largely undrafted in redraft leagues.
Again, the Texans made a splash signing Cooks to replace Hopkins. But Cobb's signing was a 3-year deal (cap $$ below).
Here's some other numbers: If you had to guess, would you guess that Houston seems to pass a lot more than Dallas? In 2019, Houston passed 55% of the time and ran 968 offensive plays. Dallas passed 57% of the time and ran 1046 offensive plays. If you missed it, Dallas ran 78 more plays than Houston which is the equivalent of an extra game of offense.
