Littleton is reportedly the teams leading tackler. Maybe he should get an AD contract extension because he is working his butt off. Maybe.

Mark Barron played a little better this past week-end but we shall see if he can continue to improve against Aaron Rodgers. The word by Adam Shefter and here in Phoenix is Patrick Petersen wants traded by the trade deadline because he wants out of the team rebuild of Steve Wilks as it is beyond repair at this point.

Maybe we could pry him away from the Cards for a couple of fifths and a sixth. Just Sayin'.

lol....wishful thinking retro but i doubt they part ways with a shutdown corner still in his prime for only a 5th.... Peterson is only well ..just turned 28 and still is playing at a high level. Not to mention an in divison rival???

Is he worth a number one or a two? IDK, but I am sure Snead and McVay have noticed.

I'd gladly give up at least a 2 if we could find a good LB that can play in either a 4-3 or 3-4 scheme.

I personally think that if you want to give up a pick that high... First of all it has to be someone not on a short term contract(like Sammy Watkins)... Second has to be some who can rush the passer as a LB and open up our DL to do even more damage!!! My opinion of course :suds:

Revis was traded for a 1st and 4th at age 27 as a comparison. Factor in the division rival and it's likely not in the cards (wink wink).

I don't see anyone either that fits either category at LB. We have some options at CB that might work, but I think the Rams will NOT do a trade and go with PS and wire pick-ups if they do anything.

OLB Dante Fowler passed his physical exam and participated in a team walk-thru on Wednesday. Fowler said he already is learning the playbook and that he would be ready to play as fast as possible. "Linebacker is a natural fit for me so it's pretty easy to teach me," Fowler said about the transition into Wade Phillips' 3-4 scheme. DT Aaron Donald said he smiled "from ear-to-ear" after he learned the Rams traded for Fowler. "I'm excited," Donald said. "The help was what we needed, definitely from an edge rusher."

I like Barron but he guesses wrong sometimes on run plays and ends up away from the play and misses any chance at stopping the run.

Well, as much as I want to blame the loss on the fake FG and the FG miss, the defense has to start stepping up. 45 pts to the Saints is not going to work, especially with a wide open Thomas jogging for the clinching TD.

I don't get it, Peters has committed the most penalties and given up the most TD's of ANY DB in the league:gaah:

Phillips needs to abandon the 3-4 defense, hes starting to piss me off like Dave Roberts!!! where are we weakest at, duh LB,( I like Littleton, but other than that we got nuttin, yet lets have 4 of them out there. We have 3 elite Dlinemen, but when only rushing 3 guys that means the other team has 5 or 6 guys blocking them???? Why don't we Ever blitz??
Part, just part of our Dback problem is we are getting no pressure on QB
