Hard decisions for sure. Some names I was surprised with but I guess the RAMS staff knows whats what. I saw some posts about liking Proehl. I didn't see anything that was that good myself. I'd put him last this WR preseason.

Dakota Allen and Carraway were surprises. Maybe we will see them on the PS.

Wow. They cut Franklin-Myers and they kept Demby. Oko and Patrick made it. So did Webster. I thought Franklin-Meyers was a bad choice to cut. Maybe we will see some if these guys back on the PS.

Two guys the Rams should bring in are LeShaun McCoy released by the Bills and Brandon Marshall let go by the Raiders. All the early rounds lineman the Rams selected made it. Guys like Gaines, Edwards, and Evans.

Three undrafted FAs made it. They kept Troy Reeder over Carraway and Dakota Allen. The second is going to be a great player. Natraz Patrick was outstanding all preseason. The third was Nsimba Webster who made it over Khadarel Hodge.

The Rams should have kept Hodge over Natson. They are going to regret that move.

John Franklin-Myers is a candidate for the PS but he has to clear waivers. What is frightening is Seattle could be lurking.

Somebody will probably pick up Wolford and Meyers

Both have shown flashes, especially Meyers

We lost Johnathan Franklin-Myers to the Jets, Khadarel Hodge to the Browns, Steven Parker to the Dolphins, Brandon Allen to the Broncos, and Kevin Peterson to the Cardinals as already posted.

The Rams are going to regret exposing Franklin-Myers to the waiver wire. This is the second year we didn't bother claiming anyone either. Polite is going to the Seahawks PS. And we didn't bother going after Brandon Marshall.

This is indeed a testament to the talent level this team now has. This also means Wolford has cleared waivers and will probably be back on the PS. John Kelly has cleared waivers and will be brought back as well. We shall see in the next 24-48 hours who makes it back to the PS.

Other players who have cleared waivers and are candidates are LB Ketner Kupp, Devin Deayon the DB, NT Boogie Roberts, and the injured LB Carraway.

What doesn't make a lick of sense is keeping Troy Hill and cutting Steven Parker and Kevin Peterson both who are going to be damn good DBs. Both were/are better players than Hill from what I saw.

Kettner Kupp didn't make the PS. Neither did Roberts or Carraway.

Here are additions that are available and may or may not be added later when injuries hit. We didn't even bother making a claim for any of these players and Polite has already been snapped-up by the Seahawks as Petey is building a stout defensive team to rival ours.

OLB Brandon Marshall
OLB Jachai Polite-Seahawks
ILB Noah Spence
ILB Malik Jefferson
OLB Shane Ray- Now the Rams have yet another chance at this guy, another of Phillips' ex-Broncos
DT Willie Henry- Has been injured most of his career
G Christian Westerner
G Joshua Garnett
WR Josh Doctson- This guy was a former first rounder.

I would not want to touch Polite right now!!! You don't cut this years 3rd rounder unless they are a nightmare!!! Funny the Seachickens grabbed him. Might infect their team and their culture :suds:

I think Snead eff-up here and the Rams coaching staff as well who kept Hill at DB over Steven Parker and Kevin Peterson both who made the PFF all-preseason team along with Nsimba Webster who we did keep.

We also signed C Colton Shelton to the active roster because Snead waited to place Justin Lawlor on the IR ending his season. Why they waited this long to add Lawlor to the IR when he was headed to surgery a week ago is simply stupid.

The way the Rams could have kept both Peterson and Parker as well as retaining Webster who has great return skills is begin by cutting both Natson and Hill and replace them with Peterson and Parker. Webster can do the returns that Natson now does. Natson is a joke.

Then the Rams could take their good ole time adding Lawlor to the IR and then adding Shelton as they today.

As it is, we lose Parker to the NFL's new version of the Cleveland Browns, the Miami Dolphins and Peterson goes to the Cardinals who we now have face twice a year.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. The only way we should keep Hill is if his coverage skills have improved demonstrably. Hill is the guy who gets routinely beat by some of the league's best WRs and I doubt if he as good or better than Peterson and Parker.
