Well, after trading Akers, the Rams are now a bit short in the RB department. Williams suffered a sprained ankle and will miss the Shitsburgh game. Rivers may go on IR with a knee issue. Next up, Z. Evans and Royce Freeman will be activated off the PS. If Rivers goes on the IR, the Rams are expected to go after Rashaard Penny via trade.

I would love to see Evans get a crack at playing to see what he can do.

My guess is McVay would start Freeman though just cause he is a vet.

In any case, it will give McVay a reason to abandon the run game.
