Woods is better. Cooper is declining.

Players come back from ACL injuries all the time.
And teams knew the Rams couldn’t keep him 3 WR’s making 15M per season, and had to either trade Woods or release him.

Hard to get much in a trade when teams know they can just wait until they release him and just sign him.

Trading a low pick in a draft a year from now kept the Titans from having to try and persuade Woods to sign with them over other teams.

All a moot point now since Woods is gone.

The point is that Stafford throws deep to everyone. I thought you watched the games

Also — since you didn’t watch the Super bowl, Jefferson didn’t do squat as a #2 WR.

You obviously didn’t watch the game.

The Bengals were holding a lot during that game and nothing was called till the end.

Both shots to Jefferson down the sidelines he was held on both plays.

Can’t catch anything when the defender is holding your arm.

And, he won’t be the #2 anyway, he is still the #3. I’ll take a #3 that gets 800 yards a season every day.

He's not expected to be a #2. He's likely the #4 if/when Odell is back.

McSnead has to stop giving players away for next to nothing. They did this with Brockers and now they did it with Woods. I agree with DJ. We could have at least got a 4th next year for cryin-out-loud!! Apparently the dynamic duo's disdain for rounds 1-3 is so bad that they now load-up picks in rounds 5-7. Damn idiots.

Now we blame the refs. Ok

Why was that ever the point though? He was a 3 last season only by injury. Maybe he can grow into a bigger role, but the Rams aren't forcing him into one.

You missed the conversation. Question was trade Woods or Jefferson. Woods is better but the money talks. Jefferson just had a good year and isn’t a good #2 in LA so why not move him over Woods was my comment. But in the end it was about money as usual and signing OBJ. That’s obvious now.

Not sure anyone saw this coming. Bobby Trees was a staple on this team.

And yes Jefferson was forced into the #2 role
In the super bowl. Didn’t go well when OBJ went down.

wish we could have gotten more than a shitty 6th... that's a slap but it is what it is.

I think we did. Detroit wanted him apparently but they were not going to send him back to Goff. Lol

Rams tried to find him a good spot. Guess they felt obligated

The trade had to be Woods due to salary and role, regardless of compensation. You can't expect Woods to potentially be a #3/4 (if Odell returns).

The aspect we're losing this offseason the most is leadership, Whitworth's retired, Von's left for the money and Wood's left on the trade.

We also lost some blocking Woods is willing good blocker, Robinson is not much of a blocker and also our best blocking TE left.

Trading Bobby wasn't about today but the future of his contract. Also A.R. adds a different set of skills to the Rams. Doesn't mean we don't appreciate everything Bobby has done for the team and glad he had a team option

Who doesn’t want a team that isn’t forward thinking team?

As I said before a few times… They could have kept Woods and not signed OBJ.

You can most certainly have depth. Woods and Kupp both missed super bowls.

Something is up because Woods chose a run-based team and it is home as well. Maybe Vrabel wants to go a little more passing this year. But again, we gave away Woods for next to nothing and that kind of shit has to stop.
