I think alot of this is hype that the players and coaches are having fun with. When the time comes, they will all return except for the dead weight.

Is Lebron just dumb or is he just feeling left out?

Poor LeBron. He just has to want to be inviting himself to somebody else's good fortune.

Yea. All the pundits claiming McVay and AD are not coming back is just sensationalism when both have already stated they are returning. The one guy who may retire is Whitworth and he is thinking about a comeback if other players return like Von Miller, OBJ, etc. Von Miller has already cryptically stated that he isn't going anywhere. He'll kick some tires but he'll be back for another run.

Nearly every FA the Rams have voiced, either directly or cryptically, that they are coming back if possible. Even guys like Johnny Mundt. One FA that won't be back as a player, at least for the season is Eric Weddle. He may comeback as a coach though. Good chance Darious Williams will not be back. Corbett is in the middle: He may go or stay. Shelton and possibly Allen will return although McVay as stated that he is unsure at this point.

The indications are pretty solid that O'Connell's replacement at OC will be Liam Coen who has worked with McVay for one season back in 2017. He'll be the next OC. If O'Connell takes the RB coach Thomas with him to the Vikings expect the replacement to be within. Also, Morris isn't going anywhere and neither is Evero, the defensive assistant.

The Rams and the agent for Stafford have begun working a new contract for Stafford. The Rams are also going to re-work AD's contract to give him an increase on the back end and essentially extend the contract for up to 4 years. The Rams have signed 13 players to futures contracts. Essentially these were the guys on the PS. They did add a big OT who was with the Rams for a cup of coffee and spent the 2021 season with the Ravens. Ealy is 6-6, 331lbs and is a great pass blocker but sucks at run blocking. He'll fit right in.

So the Rams are moving quickly as they prepare for the draft and the signing of FA, undrafted players. We shall see who stays and who goes.

For all of us who had enough of Reeder. This article states that E. Jones played more snaps in the snooperbowl than Reeder. Reeder is a FA and he may just be left to walk. His days are numbered in LA. Jones exposed Reeder as the crappy player he has been all of his career. Reeder is this year's Austin Blythe.

BTW, rumors are floating that Rapp will be gone in a trade by draft day. I wonder if it involves the Iggles and one Andre Dillard??

Another look at out FAs. The first list are the Unrestricted FAs. The second is the Restricted contracts, meaning we do not have to do any offering until another team bids on the player and then we have the right to match or exceed the offer to retain the player.

With the first list, the four that may go are OKO, Noteboom, Williams, and Allen. In the second list. Nobody is going to offer anything for Reeder, Demby, Wolford or most of the players on that list. Maybe Gay boy. Wolford may get traded on draft day for say a sixth or seventh. Powell is a priority as he is a damn good STs returner. Corbett is priority as well.

I suspect that the majority of the players listed here will be back.

I was thinking the same thing SJ76. Me thinks our comp pick in the third or fourth this year will be directed at finding another E. Jones. What was incredibly stupid of the Rams was they had his replacement in Jamir Jones but cut him and he ended-up with Jacksonville.
