Or was it Dyer that wanted to change the way Greene played? Or was it both? I forget now.You can thank a young, and still yet a POS, Jeff Fisher for that one....

Trade him to New England for some picks since Billy likes giving them away and is probably looking for a redemption project after Newton didn't fare well there.Yea, methinks this is the beginning of the end for Goff. I believe he is now officially Wentz 2.0 and will be moved in a trade in the near future especially if Wolford plays well or even great. Bortles being the back-up will really help. If Wolford crashes, I suspect we will see Bortles PDQ.
He isn't a Warner or a Goff but he does have the ability to extend plays and escape pressure which is what this weak O-Line requires a QB to be able to do. So it will be fun to watch him play anyway.Man I’ll never forget being at that game in the STL Dome and Trent Green goes down on a cheap shot during a pre-season game. In comes Kurt Warner
doubtful Walford is Warner but seems like the Rams have done ok with back ups. Burger wasn’t anything special and came out of nowhere for a few years when Warner “got old”

I’ve never been a big fan of giving running backs big extensions. Of all the positions on the field, they have the shortest tenures. Better to just keep drafting them every four to five years in my opinion.Every extension the Rams FO has made has been one bad decision after another outside of Donald and maybe Ramsey.
Gurley- terrible
Cooks- terrible
Goff- atrocious
and all done before they ever needed to be done. If they had waited 1 more year on all those extensions, they would’ve saved the organization a ton of money and been able to cut bait with no cap hits.
