Basically: He's asking to beat Suh's Miami deal adjusted for Cap inflation, the Rams want him to sign for a few million below what Suh's Miami deal would be adjusted for cap inflation.

Can't really blame Donald's agent, imo. I wouldn't take a single cent less than what Suh got if I were him; and the GTD money was already huge on that Suh deal so I don't see how the Rams can play a ton of accounting tricks to make it look prettier than it's going to be; probably why it has taken as long as it has.
