Maybe this is just me but an OLB in a 4-3 is more suited for ILB in a 3-4 because of coverage ability.

Here's my thing, IF he's on another team without Hampton, Paolamuo(lol) and the ILBs he played with....Not sure he's still top 10. Still good but probably in the 20 range. His tackling has been iffy....but I can't deny his playmaking.
Can Shazier make plays? He is NOT going to be a sure tackler his first year. I will say based on comparing his pro-day's to Kiko Alonso and Timmons...I'd be ok with him
