Rags at Caps - Redemption Night

You bet the Caps are looking for redemption after the 7 zip ass handing the Rangers gave them at the Garden last month.

I know Tortorella doesn't want to make excuses for the Rangers but last night against the Thrashers, he was calling out #s instead of names for line changes.

Here is a list of current injuries for the Rangers:
Dan Girardi
Brandon Prust
Ruslan Fedotenko Shoulder
Brandon Dubinsky Fractured left leg
Alexander Frolov Torn right ACL, sprained MCL
Derek Boogaard Headaches, shoulder
Erik Christensen Sprained right MCL
Ryan Callahan Broken left hand
Vinny Prospal Knee surgery

The newcomers have stepped up and played well but will it be enough against the Caps on Monday night? All I can say is lets go Rangers!

Maybe if Avery would scrap with someone who weighs over 175 lbs, he too, could be added to that impressive injury list.

We've had our share of those players through the years too...you know, the kind of player who's easy to hate because of everything he does, but you'd love to have them on your team! I'm definitely expecting some Caps Revenge!!! Lol.

Just going over the stats... man these teams are evenly matched. Rangers have to stay out of the box in order to have a chance at this game. I know the Caps have been struggling on the PP but the Rangers defense is thin.

I believe the Caps are 1-4-3 when I'm in attendance (something like that), which means they are an almost unbeatable 16-1-2 when I'm not there.
