There are no clear cut favorites in the AFC - it’s deeper than the NFC though, but it’s kind of murky as to who the best team is. If I had to pick I would say the Ravens - they are a very complete team, but they have a history of choking in the playoffs lately, I believe they’ve only won 1 playoff game since Super Bowl 47, but then again I think this year’s Ravens team is different than the past teams with Lamar - they can pass the ball a lot better. The other favorites are the Dolphins and Chiefs - the Dolphins have a very explosive team with a lot of talent but they have a clear advantage at home and aren’t nearly as good on the road and playing on the road in cold weather in the playoffs might be an issue, while the Chiefs just haven’t been as impressive this year - they have clear issues with their receivers and their offense isn’t clicking as well as it normally does but they have the best QB in the NFL so I’m definitely not counting them out. Other teams could go on a playoff run - Bengals, Browns, Bills, someone from the South.

In the NFC things are clearer - I think the 49ers are the best team in the NFL and are the clear favorites. Behind them I would say the Rams, Lions and Cowboys - the Rams are red hot and people forget they won it all 2 years ago, their offense is great but is their defense good enough to get them back to the Super Bowl? The Cowboys are very talented but like the Dolphins they are much better at home than on the road, and they may not get a single home playoff game. The Lions are a good team but I’m not sure if they have enough pieces to go on a run in the playoffs. I’m not impressed with the Eagles at all, they are very lucky to have 10 wins, but they could turn it around and get hot. The NFC South sucks massively.

Yep. I said what I said. AFC is wide open because the top end isn’t that good. You know this. It’s why the Browns are sitting at 9-5 despite having a mash unit.

The AFC which consists of 16 teams is better than the 16 team NFC. Not really debatable.

The Browns have played 11 of 15 games against teams with winning records and gone 7-4 in those 11.....hard to think something easy is why we are now 10-5.

The fact that you think this Niners team is anywhere near that team tells me all I need to know about you. They are playing ball at a different level right now. They have won every fucking game by 12 or more points since. Not one game has been close
