Floyd is AZ's number 1 WR. Fitz still gets the high ranking because of his name value, but this is Roddy White/ Julio Jones 2 years ago, just with a lesser QB. Floyd is legit.

Who is they?

My guess is either past resume or matchups.

cuz he's Larry Freaking Fitzgerald, and they won't switch them until proven otherwise..probably for good reason. I like Floyd, a lot, but I'm not ready to hand him Fitz's crown until I've seen it this season, even if it is more probable than not.

NFL writer Dan Pompei reports that some people inside the Cardinals organization believe Michael Floyd is "in for a big year" and will be Arizona's No. 1 wide receiver this season.
Larry Fitzgerald will turn 31 later this month, and is clearly on the down side of his career. He's still going to rack up a ton of catches and touchdowns in Bruce Arians' pass-happy attack out of the slot, but the transition to Floyd began last season when the sophomore posted a 65-1,041-5 line and started all 16 games. Floyd's now a locked-in WR2. Fitzgerald has a $23.6 million cap number next season and may be entering his final year in the desert. Floyd and rookie John Brown may be the future at receiver in Arizona -- as soon as next season. Aug 13 - 2:52 PM

changing of the guard will happen this year. I certainly would not be starting Wallace or Smith ahead of him.

I am getting pretty tired of your schtick. Either come with content, or don't come at all.

I looked up 5 prominent fantasy sites for their week 1 rankings. This is what they had:

Y!- Wilson 7, Ben 14
Berry- Wilson 8, Ben 20
SB Nation- Wilson 11, Ben 16
Fantasy pros- Wilson 11, Ben 17
Bleacher Report- Wilson 14, Ben 19

The take away: All but 1 have Wilson as a top 12 option, and none have Ben higher than 14. Projections and expert rankings certainly don't guarantee success, but the smart $ here is on Wilson and your inability to come up with anything logical supporting your choice just makes you look like a fool.

even if the smart money is on wilson, i just will not accept it... I see Seattle to be a run first team with a stud RB, i see the Steelers as a team who wants to be run first but does not have the RB to be that... So just basing it on the team i think needs to pass more, i think the steelers need their passing game more than the seahawks... In real life i love wilson, but fantasy i just cant trust him- the seahawks are too defense and running... and not to mention mr. skittles lover is not much of a receiving RB...

Now that is a good logical reason! This is what I was looking for from Kramer.

Still though, it is more than about volume. Lynch is getting older and Wilson's efficiency ratings are superior to Ben's and among the best in the league. It is only a matter of time before the Hawks hand the reigns to Wilson and let him go. Based on preseason play calling, that may happen this year.

Now, if you look at matchups, The Browns D is better than the Packers D and the Packers are much more likely to score points than the Browns are. I ask you, which team is more likely to need to throw the ball to win? The Hawks, or the Steelers?

It is a new season, so don't assume that the Hawks are all about the run game just because they were last year. Things change and Harvin is healthy for now.

Wilson, Floyd, &....... Smith although not by a wide margin. I'm one of those people who thinks Tannehill figures it out but not in week 1.

Wilson - 190 yards, 2 td's, 20 something rushing yards

I'm fairly certain Ben is gonna top that.
