Question of importance

How important would you deem a backup TE to be? This is for my dynasty league and I have Julius Thomas but I love Zach Ertz

I was offered Mark Ingram and Michael Floyd for Brandin Cooks and Zach Ertz

Floyd is the only one that cant be kept.

If I could only play one TE it would be a slam dunk but the fact that I can play a TE at flex is causing me to pause.

Yeah. I'm doing that deal. Giving away the non keeper and getting the same position filled as a keeper and really no talent difference? Yup. I'm sure you have other backs to cover the Ingram loss, and Ertz is solid and gives you good depth which is a must in dynasty.

I am the Ertz side. I would be giving up Ertz and Cooks and getting Ingram and Floyd.

So trading Cooks and Ertz for Ingram I wouldn't do that. If you could keep Floyd I would consider. But he's going to be so up and down this year with the QB issues. If Palmer was 100% I would consider. But no way I do this deal.

Thanks. I thought Ingram was a keeper but he isnt. This is a easy no for me now.

I take the deal because these will all essentially be bench guys this year for you, except for Floyd/Cooks, who are very close. Next year you win because you can keep Floyd. Ertz might be a nice keeper, but he's not a keeper here.

You need a TE this week, though.

Floyd isnt a keeper and upon further review neither is Ingram. Easy no for me.

Without keepers there's no value there.
