There are exactly 3 quarterbacks who have played two games and haven't thrown a pick yet. Two of them aren't named Andy Dalton.

Of course you would because you called the best qb prospect in over a decade a bust and you look like a damn fool.

That has nothing to do with it. He's thrown a bunch of yards, but is 0-2, and has thrown 4 picks in 2 games. He's exciting, and will get better, but right now, he's not better than those guys.

It's a shame we can't see what you said on espn for literally 4 months. The majority of you were so damn wrong.

I said he was better than I thought he would be. I just said he isn't a top10 QB yet.

And I said it's a shame we can't paste here what you and the majority said for, he'll, actually literally 7 months. You were all so wrong it's not even funny. I love it. And the best part is you based your opinion on absolutely nothing tangible. It was literally all BS. It was classic.

Just saying but LOL @ the people looking at his record as a reflection of HIS play. There are many stats that can be used to judge a QB. Team record is at the bottom of the list, if it's even there.

Team records are just that, TEAM records. While QB's are the biggest cog, they cannot do it alone (unless their name is Peyton Manning).

Terry Bradshaw
Trent Dilfer
Neil O'Donnell
Ben Roethlisberger

Otherwise, those guys would be among the elites...ever.

Oh, I know that, but since Kramer's claim of top 10 is based on yardage, i figure we're even. He also has more picks than TDs. Yards passing is right behind team record for meaningless.

And his team is 0-2. He's nowhere near the top 10...yet. He has the ability to be though. Lump me in with the group on ESPN talking shit about Cam. I've seen enough to be willing to say i was wrong in that regard. However, the title of the thread was putting it all in prospective. The STATS are impressive, but lets not put Cam in Canton just yet. He's still yet to win a game as a starter.

The absurdity of the whole thing is Kramer wants everyone to (prematurely) admit they were wrong about Cam, yet he won't (prematurely) admit he was wrong about Dalton.

I'm not wrong about Dalton. He sucks. He got lucky on an 80 yard pass....other than that he's 3-5 yard passes. That won't fly against real defenses.

Wrong again....take away the 80 yard pass and you still have about 10ypc.....and that was with all the dinking and dunking he did in the first half....his ypc for the season is more a representation of our super conservative philosophy than any lack of ability to throw it downfield....while I like a superconservative philosophy in the economy, it sucks in football.....
