no i agree with you...........
I just find it helps my recovery, i push myself hard, ive been busting my butt and transforming myself.........i take in about 3400 calories a day, and still am losing some weight, to give you an idea the intensity.........I am in the process of going back to a split training program, but I have been doing lately an every other day full body weight routine, and dear god its kicking my butt, i'll take the help, and i struggly to get the calories in i need, so liquid calories help lol
yeah, i totally understand. i'm not working out like that right now, but I have before. looking forward to getting it going again.
most people just don't burn anything close to 500+ calories in a workout, and don't know what it feels like to do it.
