I think Foles will be a good backup for Smith and a good good fit for KC.
Some of those Detroit teams didn't exactly have great lines though, which made what he did that much better in my opinion. You'd think he'd be gobbled up for a 10 yard loss and then he'd end up somehow making everyone miss and run for a score. I think if he didn't have that contract dispute, he'd still be the all time leading rusher instead of Emmitt Smith.I'd tend to agree. The only thing holding me back sometimes is Sanders would have a clunker.....13 carries or so for 15-18 yards. And it happened more than some people remember. But, he'd follow one of those clunkers with an amazing 160-180 yard game.
With ED, I'm not saying hands down he is the best but I feel he gets disrespected and people don't even include him on their top 3 or top 5 RB list. I think he's definitely top 5, maybe not top 3 but just rarely gets mentioned as one of the best (like you said/typed).

The one I remember most is I think it was against Chicago (might've been a Thanksgiving game but not sure) where that exact thing happened and he ended up leaving everyone in the dust. I can only imagine how pissed off Ditka was during that.Somebody else said that back when I was a member on Fan Nation (previous website I was on) and I decided to look it up. He had a better OL than most people think. Lomas Brown was the most noteable player that comes to mind that I can remember.....I don't remember the rest and don't want to do all that research right now. But, he had a quality OL most years he played.
But, I'd probably concede he was the best RB I've ever seen at least. Like you said, he'd turn a 10 yard loss and then run for a score. Or the most amazing 5 yard run ever......LOL.
Dickerson and Faulk are agreeing with you.Touch the guy you dumbasses. These young players are not students of the game.
