He was a beast when he played, always stuns me he never gets mentioned among the best ever.

Definitely a good rb and should be mentioned as one of the best. Though in my opinion, I still think that Barry Sanders was the best I've ever seen.

Definitely a good rb and should be mentioned as one of the best. Though in my opinion, I still think that Barry Sanders was the best I've ever seen.

I'd tend to agree. The only thing holding me back sometimes is Sanders would have a clunker.....13 carries or so for 15-18 yards. And it happened more than some people remember. But, he'd follow one of those clunkers with an amazing 160-180 yard game.

With ED, I'm not saying hands down he is the best but I feel he gets disrespected and people don't even include him on their top 3 or top 5 RB list. I think he's definitely top 5, maybe not top 3 but just rarely gets mentioned as one of the best (like you said/typed).
