One of the other things that you have to remember is this......

We are the goofiest team in America. Everyone expects us to lose this game by 10+ points because Bo Pelini is on the hot seat and Nebraska is trending downwards.....

So do you really think, given our track record, that Bo Pelini is going to make it that clear cut heading into next season??? Do you guise really think he's going to lose this game in epic fashion when he's already on the hotseat???

Watching Detroit play you could put them in NU uni's and I wouldn't know the difference. Like him or not Stephen A Smith made a fairly accurate summation of J Schwartz that applies to Bo perfectly insofar as that he's a renegade type coach, us against the world mentality, that undisciplined unfocused out of control behavior transcends throughout the whole team. Refs call us for penalties accordingly so

One more thing.....if anyone really thinks that losing Taylor Martinez wasn't the equivalent of losing 50% of our production this season.........then yer out of yourn freakin' mind.

I'm not saying that our team relied on him......but when you have a 4 year starter who was First Team All-Big Ten last season and holds records such as Most Yards and Most Touchdowns ever in a season by any Nebraska player......that is kind of a big deal.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Martinez in that game against UCLA? Remember that game we got up 21 to 3 and then went 38 minutes without scoring a single point? That game Martinez had -13 yards?

50% of my ass. When Armstrong got hurt we lost our production. Yeah he racked up yards against SDSU and Sudden Miss but any team with half a defense could shut him down. Close the lane and he is done. No way to cut, no way to drive through, just done.
