Right now I just don't believe this team is ready for BYU. I don't think they're ready for a LOT of teams.

BYU will be ready to play. They know exactly who they are and what they want to do. Look what they did to a much more talented Texas team IN AUSTIN with a first year head coach. They whipped 'em up and down the field.

The main reason they'll struggle is Tommy. He just isn't the answer and until we find a guy who can really create offense, not just manage, they're gonna continue to struggle.

I'm not saying they'll get destroyed like UT did, but I don't see us winning this game. I just don't.

@ Miami is a different story to me. I think the jump from game 1 to game 3 will be huge and to be honest I think our defense has an absolute field day against them. Specifically the DL who'll be facing a Miami OL with next to no experience whatsoever. They kicked Gadbois off the team and he was the only one who had double digit starts.

Wisconsin is just gonna Wisconsin the shit out of us again. This is where Linebacker depth could really rear its ugly head. Will it be as bad as last year? I don't know, but they have a formula and until further notice they've got our number. I really fucking hated typing that.

Minnesota will be a close one. Could go either way. They're a better football team than us right now. Like Wisconsin they know who they are. They're gonna beat you on the ground and in the trenches and grind it out.

Michigan State right now is just far and away a better team. What that looks like in November I don't know. I give the edge to them because they have a stud at quarterback and we have "just another guy" with Tommy.

9-3 Wisconsin wins the West. Florida bowl here we come.

Southern Miss should be a good game will be close because that is the way Riley does it. WIN

Illinois in Champaign Urbana. This will be a signature win for Illinois, a team that is going bowling. LOSS

Wisconsin we already know that Riley cannot beat ranked teams LOSS

Minnesota LOSS Kill is their coach, a better coach than Riley(does this sound familiar?)

I gave up after that. 4-8. Nebraska will beat Purdue and someone else.

Of course, right now I am completely irrational over the situation but Riley and his coordinators that he has hired tells me he does not recognize good coaching.
