Some of the musicians are very talented and some of their stuff is good, while some is okay..and some is just kinda meh.

More or less to a certain degree I suppose....but mostly no.

I'm all for the idea of a rotating "collective".....which has been done a few times before...and I love jazz, but do they write /compose their own stuff, or are they strictly a tribute band reworking other artist's tunes and performing covers?

This is true, but they are different. It's not pop fucking 40 or this new country hick hop bullshit. Bradlee has a very unique thing going on.
