Not true exactly. The Heat went to 1-1 around 930 PM EST on Wed. They went to 1-2 a little after 11 PM EST on friday so that is roughly about 50 hours while the Lakers 1-1 rather lasted just slightly over 48 hours as both games on wed and friday finished around 1 AM EST so therefore Heat>Lakers

Miami had a tough game against Chicago on the 29th, then had to play Philadelphia the next night on a back to back. I know no one believes me, but winning those back to back sets is tough even for the best team. So far there has been five sets of back to back and Indiana is the only team that won both their first and second game in their back to back. Virtually all of the others so far has won the first game and lost the second, so I conclude that Miami Haters are jumping on a sinking ship with their hate and conclusion and will go on record saying it's just bad timing and nothing more. We all know that the Lakers would need some miracles to be serious contenders.

That being said, I think the Lakers had a good chance if Xavier hadn't got injured. When he had to leave the game it really gave the Spurs control until he came back, but this kid is showing he wants to play and so far I like what I see

Lakers had an easier flight than Miami - that's for sure, but not that much and it's not just about not getting enough rest - they also don't have the time to get ready for the next team, study film, create and set up plays for how the they play and etc.
