On the 2nd of a road trip they ran into a hungry Pistons team after getting into MoTown @ 330 AM. They played Phily on Sunday.

Tired, Gassed, and needing a rest they found themselves down by 13 in the 2nd half. The Blazers scratched and clawed to find themselves in OT. Lillard was only 5 for 20 before his final shot in OT.

Well needed rest today and Cleveland Tuesday, Minnesota Wednesday will finish the 4 game road trip before coming home to play New Orleans.

Next Christmas Break and a 5 game break before two huge ones. Clippers on the 26th and Miami on the 28th which I have courtside seats to courtesy of Nike...

I am shocked about this season. Who knew the addition of R. Lopez would turn Aldridge into this type of payer. He is playing out of his mind. Aggressive and inspired.

Stotts has this team playing amazing and believing.

Cant wait to see them @ OKC in January. Looking forward a bit but that is the test of tests in the Western Conference.

I am hesitant to start believing in the Blazers. Its shocking that they are 21-4 at this point. But I will wait and see where they are come the All-Star break. If they continue to be 17-20 games above .500 then I will start believing in this group.

But I got a hard time that the same guys we've had for years that have never produced suddenly are coming of age and becoming true all-stars.

I really liked the Blazers back when Rick Adelman was coaching. (that's way back) This years team has played lights out and are fun to watch again.

I am hesitant to start believing in the Blazers. Its shocking that they are 21-4 at this point. But I will wait and see where they are come the All-Star break. If they continue to be 17-20 games above .500 then I will start believing in this group.

Its early so one can never truly tell until they start winning with regularity after the AS break, but lets remember, they are setting themselves up nicely for home court in the 1st round. That is huge and something none of us saw.

Stotts may be the reason, 2nd season with team. That and a bench to work with and a solid starting Center.

Hey I will be jumping for joy if they can win a playoff series.

This team has several seasons with this roster to keep on getting better. A great start would be a 2014 playoff series win.

An appearance in the Western Conference Finals would blow me away and far exceed my current expectations.

That would mean beating OKC or SA. Now if that were to happen we are talkin...

But I do believe they can keep a steady pace all season as long as their healthy, the problem is they don't have any playoff experience as a team. They could still be a year or two away IMO.

that may be the only chink in their armor, playoff inexperience, unless they pick up a vet by trade deadline. don't know much about their bench but obvious they're holding their own with this record.

I dont know why Lillards shooting % is so low? His impact has been better than any other pg this year. His shooting % should go up I mean a player to have this much impact with a low shooting % Allen Iverson I guess? But Lillard has shot the 3 so well. I expect that shooting % to go up. Hes a top 5 pg now.
