2010 NCAA College Football Polls and Rankings for Week 2 - ESPN jumped up one not bad not bad 2 away from the top 5

AP polls just means thats the number you get next to your name while on TV..So seeing #6 on the screen will be nice to see..

what pisses me off is that TCU and Boise are ahead of us..if it comes down to the end of hte year and we are all undefeated those two p.o.s schools will be taking up a spot over us.

They are going to create a log jam of the top 5 near the end of the year. SCrewing over many schools

The fact is for Nebraska to go undefeated it's gonna take playing great football week in and week out. For Boise to go undefeated they just had to beat VT in week 1 and then put it on cruise control.

If we stayed undefeated we would jump them in BCS rankings their SOS would kill them.

I think texas will lose to OU, and I think Alabama is going to fall somewhere but maybe not by then. Also I think people are going to slowly start to jump mid majors.

Ohio State has a legitimate shot at losing this week to Miami (FL) as well, so there is a chance to be top 5. I don't think it will happen but there is a chance. I want to know who in the AP poll thought after the Texas game and how shitty they played against Rice that they deserve a number one vote? not necessarily. That game will get a lot of hype and most teams see a surge in the polls before a big game. Look at 2007 we got up to the top 15 before the SC game and that was one of the worst husker teams ever.

Alabama has to go to Arkansas and to South Carolina during that period of time.

Agreed, also Penn State is playing Bama this week..

Though I am not convinced we wont lose before then anyway so we will see.
