Im torn, but I'll vote no. It would get ugly. There is a 99.999%. chance that we could not discuss politics without name calling and someone getting called racist, bigot, commie, rainbow liberal fairy, or something of the sort. There a few posters IMO that would get out line quickly.

ok the results are in and the political thread was voted down

so here is the deal , there will be no politics discussed on this forum (except the related name debate thread and only as it relates to the name debate )

that means no trump this trump that , no obama this and obama that , no liberal this or that or conservative this or that .

the SportsHoopla political forum is for that

protests and such should be talked about in the off topic lounge as they relate to football

i will enforce this forum as an "escape " from the news of today with the exception of tragedies or natural disasters as far as offering prayers or condolences and such but i wont allow anymore then that

i have definite political views . i have been guilty of offering them up in an open forum here . that should not happen again and it wont

i ask that you all respect this guideline
