Is it me or do we seem to always get the late playoff start? Sucks about the weekday games. Let's wrap this up in 5 shall we?

My biggest concern if for Marty. He doesn't take these kind of long breaks in play well. For everyone else, especially Kovy and Zach, this time to rest is so great. They eat tons a minutes and obviously Parise plays a pretty demanding style.

I dont like having the week off..mainly cause we are on such a roll and the Panthers are not.

Florida coach says Clemmenson might get the Game 1 start..I think its foolish if he doesnt. Theodore looks done.

I wanna see Theodore cuz he sucks.... Clemmenson always plays well against us and I would have liked to start quicker just because we were playing well and FLA was asleep at the wheel

Serious question, who the fuck can grow a playoff beard on this team? Sykora can get a pretty solid one. I wonder if Swedish Hammer starts looking like Thor or if Bryce gets a Kimbo Slice style beard. Kovy, Parise, Elias, never have had beards. Zubrus would look frightening with one. We don't have enough Canadian lumberjack types. Unless somebody steps up and grows a kickass beard I think we may be in trouble.

that is a good question. one thing for sure if you cant grow one then dont bother trying i really dont want to see anyone looking like sid and his 13 year old mustache

Clarkson and A-Train are both practicing today, so that's a good sign.

So are we expecting Gionta to be the guy on the 4th line? How long of a leash do we give this guy? If he slips up Harrold is right there to take his place, does that happen quickly since it's the playoffs or is he there unless some disaster happnes?

He just had a couple of sub-par games.

He's been stellar the majority of the year.

There's a reason why the Panthers are in the playoffs...it's goaltending.

If both of our goalies end up not playing well, this series won't be all that close.
