Unfortunately there was no torrential downpour for our game and OSU decided to run more than 2 plays.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that Michigan State played in the same conditions as Ohio State and had them completely shut down all game long. Not our fault you couldn't stop them when they were calling the exact same plays.

But unlike OSU, your offense wasn't impacted by the raid because you didn't have a QB to begin with. It played right into the weakness of the MSU offense that day.

12 passes in the Michigan State game vs 15 in the Michigan game. Seems like the same game plan. Elliott had 70 more yards against Michigan than the entire Ohio State team one week earlier.

But that makes sense because we were without two of our starting defensive lineman and just didn't have the depth to replace them. We're also no in the playoffs....

Yes and the Ohio State game would have been even worse had we had our starting quarterback and all of our other injured players.

It's pretty simple, the playcalling. It was atrocious. It's like they tried their best to lose that game. It's like we called the plays out to the MSU defense before we ran them, all 2 or 3 plays anyway. If Ohio St was on turf in the B1G Championship, nobody in the B1G would have stopped them, it's too bad they let one slip away.

I don't know how Michigan State is in the playoffs as bad as we are. I mean according to every team we beat they are better than us. Weird how every team has their worst game of the year against us and it has nothing to do with us.

MSU was very lucky this year. Playoff teams should not struggle with Purdue and Rutgers.
